Laal Kaptaan New Poster: Ahead Of Dusshera, Saif Ali Khan Channels His Inner Ram and Raavan
Ahead of Laal Kaptaan’s release, the makers of this Saif Ali Khan starrer are leaving no stone unturned to add to the film’s hype by sharing a streak of intriguing posters and trailers. The recent one, however, will take your excitement level for the film a notch higher, as it’s both powerful and fierce. The latest poster features Saif Ali Khan in his Naga Sadhu’s avatar but with a twist of both Raavan and Lord Ram.

In the poster, the actor could be seen Raavan’s avatar i.e., in 10 faces and each one with a different expression. It’s scary and at the same time impressive to see Saif Ali Khan nailing an intense character like this with so much ease. The poster was shared by the official social media account of Laal Kaptaan’s makers and, in their caption, they described the poster by writing, “Har Ram ka apna Raavan, har Ram ka apna Dussehra. Laal Kaptaan has been helmed by Navdeep Singh, who in his recent interview opened up about Laal Kaptaan’s plot and how did he rope in Saif Ali Khan for the same. “It wasn't difficult to get Saif on board. The first time he heard the narration and got to know it's a Western, he was super excited.” He added, “My biggest struggle is putting up a viable project, in terms of the idea I like, with money a producer wants to spend and getting actors who are willing to be vulnerable. Saif has put himself in a very vulnerable position playing this out-there character. If you describe it to someone, they might feel 'no, not sure if this might work, will I look stupid with dreadlocks and a beard?”

Laal Kaptaan releases on October 18, 2019.
