As actor Saif Ali Khan celebrates his 49th birthday today, he also made it special for his fans. The makers of his next titled Laal Kaptaan unveiled the teaser of the movie today. The teaser is a 36 seconds long video showcasing Saif in a never-seen avatar with a hard-hitting music in the background and an impactful dialogue to create the hype. In the teaser actor is seen putting ash on his forehead and face with an intense expression on his face.
The official handle of Eros Now shared the teaser on social media and captioned it, "Har Ram Ka Apna Raavan, Har Ram Ka Apna Dussehra. Presenting #SaifAliKhan in and as #LaalKaptaan. Directed by Navdeep Singh, the hunt will begin on 11th October 2019." In the teaser, Saif can be seen giving intense look to the camera and saying, ‘Every Raam has a Raavan and ever Raavan has his Dusshera).’ Watch the teaser below:
Earlier, pictures of Saif carrying dreadlocks and heavy
beard were leaked online. Netizens had soon started comparing his look with
Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow from The Pirates of Caribbean franchise.
Talking about his looks, he had told Mid-day, “My nephew Kiaan [Karisma
Kapoor’s son] and son [Ibrahim] saw the photographs before they had leaked, and
said, ‘Hey, that’s Jack Sparrow.’ The resemblance was because of the jacket and
dreadlocks. While filming, I never thought about it. If I did, I wouldn’t have
done it. But, everything will make sense when you see the film.”
