Lata Mangeshkar Health Update: Bollywood Wishes For Her Speedy Recover As The Veteran's Health Remains Critical
Lata Mangeshkar, yesterday, got admitted to Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai after she complained of difficulty in breathing. We were the ones to confirm that she is still in the hospital when the reports of her getting discharged made it to the headlines. We spoke to Lata Mangeshkar's sister Usha Mangeshkar who gave us an update on her health stating that she is stable. Now, reportedly, her health seems to have deteriorated over the past few hours and Bollywood stars are sending in prayers for her.

Hema Malini who has been quite close to Lata Mangeshkar took to Twitter and wrote, "Prayers for @mangeshkarlata who is hospitalised & is reported to be in a critical condition. God give her the strength to come out of this crisis & continue to be in our midst. The nation prays for Bharat Ratna Lata ji, the nightingale of India." Adnan Sami too tweeted, saying, "Get well very soon dearest Didi.. Prayers. #LataMangeshkar". Check out their tweets below:



Yesterday, when we spoke to Ushaji, she informed us that they have kept Lata Mangeshkar in hospital on purpose so doctors can take good care of her. She quoted, "Lata Didi is 90. She is better and doctors were okay if we wanted to take her home today. But we ourselves told them that considering her age, it is better if we keep her in the hospital for 1 or 2 days more."
