Late Actor’s Sushant Singh Rajput Life To Unfold On OTT? Pakistani Actor Hasan Khan Says He Has Been Signed To Play SSR; Amazon India Reacts
Pakistani actor Hasan Khan on his social media account just revealed that he will be seen playing late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming project
While there are a lot of questions pertaining to actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death whether it’s a murder or suicide, here comes news of a web series based on his life. Pakistani actor Hasan Khan taking to his Instagram account revealed about playing the role of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput on screen for the OTT giant, Amazon Prime Video. The actor shared a collage of his picture alongside SSR’s image where one can see the Pakistani actor sharing an uncanny resemblance with the late actor.
Sharing this news with his fans, he expressed feeling privileged for having this opportunity. Also revealing about this project being close to his heart. Hasan wrote in the caption, “Alhamdulillah got a project which is really close to my heart, playing @sushantsinghrajput ‘s character for @primevideoin,” followed by red heart and emoji with heart-shaped eyes. His fans wished him luck and seemed to be thrilled as they look forward to this project. Few of his fans also hoped the series will get the truth behind the actor’s death to the surface.
Amazon Prime, on the other hand, hasn't confirmed any project yet based on the life of Sushant. Amazon India spokesperson has issued a statement of no such project being in the pipeline. The statement of OTT platform read, "Amazon Prime Video has not commissioned or licensed any project on the late Sushant Singh Rajput with actor Hasan Khan or for that matter with anyone else."
