The actress is fighting to seek justice for SSR and is constantly supporting his sisters and family. As many allegations were made against Ankita regarding her support to the family and claims made by her, Lokhande took to her social media to share a cryptic post about a person going through ‘trauma’. The Pavitra Rishta actress who has extended her support to late Sushant Singh Rajput’s family dropped the post expressing her emotions.
On Instagram, Ankita Lokhande’s cryptic post read, “Your trauma is valid. Even if other people have experienced “worse”. Even if someone else who went through the same experience doesn’t feel debilitated by it.” Ankita expressed her emotions on how a person’s trauma is valid even if someone else has experienced worse, or someone going through the same does not feel debilitated by it. Ankita’s post further talks about how even if the trauma could have been avoided, or even if it happened a long time ago, and even if no one knows about it, one’s trauma is real and valid.
Ankita Lokhande’s post mentioned how one needs a space to talk about their trauma and how it's not desperate or pathetic or attention-seeking, but its self-care instead. The Pavitra Rishta actress’ post then mentioned how one is allowed to take care of one’s self by processing and unloading some of the pain one carries as the pain matters.
