Latest Whisper: Parineeti Chopra Selected For Sultan

We were the first to tell you that Aditya Chopra wants Parineeti Chopra in his ambitious project Sultan starring Salman Khan (Priyanka Won't Reunite With Salman For Parineeti, June 30).
Buzz then made the rounds that Kriti Sanon might beat Parineeti to the winning post. However, later Kriti went on record to say that she is not doing Sultan. Ditto for Anushka Sharma.
Priyanka Chopra was the first choice for the role. Later, Kangana Ranaut and her arch-rival Deepika Padukone were also in contention.
Since evening, there are whispers in Yash Raj Studios that Parineeti has been finalised for the same.
Let's hope for Parineeti's sake- the girl has been out of work since quite some time after she delivered a couple of flops like Daawat-e-Ishq and Kill Dil- that she makes it to star opposite Salman.
