As in the film, Akshay Kumar plays the role of a transgender. Well, on the occasion of Navratri, he has unveiled his look from the same and it’s sure to impress you!

In the picture shared by Akshay Kumar on his social media, he looked nearly unrecognisable in transgender Laxmmi’s avatar. The actor was draped in a red saree, tied hair, prosthetics under both his eyes and Maa Durga in the background. Not to miss those powerful expressions that scream revenge. In his caption, Akshay revealed that he is both excited and nervous about playing Laxmmi in the film. “Navratri is about bowing to the inner goddess and celebrating your limitless strength. On this auspicious occasion, I am sharing with you my look as Laxmmi. A character I am both excited and nervous about... but then life begins at the end of our comfort zone...isn’t it? #LaxmmiBomb” wrote Akshay.

Laxmmi Bomb also stars Kiara Advani in the lead and is going to be directed by Raghava Lawrence. The film is slated to hit the big screens on June 5, 2020.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is currently gearing up for his upcoming Diwali release, Housefull 4. It also stars Pooja Hegde, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Riteish Deshmukh and Bobby Deol and has been helmed by Farhad Samji.
