Bollywood’s ace choreographer Saroj Khan has managed to charm audiences with her great dance numbers choreography in several films. As Saroj Khan has trained and choreographed many hit Bollywood numbers, she recently took to her social media to share an interesting picture from the past. Saroj Khan constantly shares pictures on her social media and treats fan with her throwback memories with Bollywood celebrities. Recently, the dancing queen took to her social media to share a picture from the 1987 sets of film Mr India which was a huge hit back then.
The film Mr India is widely famous and the actors in the film have been acclaimed for the role they played in the film. While Mr India released on May 25, 1987, Saroj Khan took to her Instagram to share a throwback picture from the sets of the film. The choreographer shared a monochrome picture from the sets of film Mr India featuring Anil Kapoor, Boney Kapoor, Sridevi, the crew and her. Reminiscing memories from the past, Khan captioned the picture, “A little #throwback to this amazing time.#mrindia.” While Saroj Khan shared a moment from the amazing time she had during the shoot of the film, Mr India was famous for the song Hawa Hawaii featuring Sridevi who danced like a dream in it. With Sridevi sitting on a chair all dressed up, the actress is spotted covering herself with a shawl, while Anil Kapoor rocks his Mr India look.
Directed by Shekhar Kapur, the film was produced by Boney Kapoor and was a superhero film based on a screenplay written by Salim-Javed. Mr India starred Sridevi, Anil Kapoor, Satish Kaushik, Amrish Puri, and Annu Kapoor in pivotal roles. The film was considered to be the second highest-grossing film in 1987 and earned its fame for the characters of Mr India and Mogambo.
