Vijay Devarakonda is South superstar, who is all set to make his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Liger’ along with Ananya Panday. With the release of the poster on July 2, he has become the heartthrob of the nation. Now the makers have released the trailer of the film and it is breaking the internet. This trailer has made people love him more and their reaction is just unmissable.

Earlier in December, Dharma Productions shared a glimpse of ‘Liger’ and fans went all gaga over it. Now the makers have released the trailer today and it looks very promising. With the trailer launch, it can be said that the film is going to be super entertaining. In the trailer, Vijay is seen fighting, yelling, punching, and raging while Ananya Panday looks glamorous. Vijay in the film is an MMA fighter whose stage name is ‘Liger’. In the trailer, we can see that the character of Vijay has difficulty in speaking and stammers. It is seen that he channels his frustration in the ring. 



Meanwhile, the trailer also reveals Ramya Krishnan as Liger’s mother, who supports him in all the way. This film also marks the Bollywood debut of legendary former American professional boxer Mike Tyson.

Interestingly, fans’ reaction to the trailer is astonishing. Fans started congratulating the ‘Arjun Reddy actor and shared their reactions on Twitter. After the trailer launch at a theater in Hyderabad, fans installed a huge cut-out of the actor's avatar from the film. If this wasn’t enough fans gathered near the cut-out and poured milk and showered flowers over it. The cut-out was even decorated with garland. A huge chunk of people was seen in t-shirt having the actor’s avatar on it.




Speaking about the film, Liger is a sports drama directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Dharma Productions. The film is slated to release on August 25, 2022, pan India.
