Look Who Chose To Watch Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay Over Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil!
Bollywood was in quite a mushkil this weekend over choice of the film they should watch first-Ajay’s Shivaay or Karan’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Hrithik Roshan had an interesting pick!
It was not just the aam junta who was in a fix as to which film to pick between Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil over the weekend, but it was our B-Town celebs as well who were pondering over this choice. However, our Greek God of Bollywood-Hrithik Roshan made his choice and headed to catch a show of Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay instead of Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Now we all know how things got sour between Karan Johar and Hrithik Roshan during the Shuddhi casting fiasco. It was Hrithik Roshan who was Karan’s first choice opposite Kareena Kapoor for the film. However, Hrithik walked out of the project for reasons best known to him. Some reports said he had health and personal life issues at that time, and some suggested that he had problems with the profit sharing deal with Karan. Result was a strained relationship between the two.
Although Hrithik and Karan are very much on talking terms, yet there is a vacuum. Third angle to the story is that Hrithik’s upcoming saviour Kaabil’s trailer is attached to Ajay’s Shivaay. Possible that Hrithik wanted to catch a glimpse of the trailer or was it the strained equation which compelled Hrithik to choose Shivaay over Ae Dil Hai Mushkil? Hmmm...Maybe, maybe not? We can’t help but get intrusive about this considering Karan and Hrithik come with a baggage!
It’s quite possible that Duggu might catch the next show of Karan’s film, but just to choose Ajay’s film, who he doesn’t really know and hang out with as much he did with Karan at one point of time, is a bit weird! We might be reading too much into it but Ajay and Hrithik haven’t even worked together in a film, you know just in case professional ethics come in play!
