Taapsee Pannu is on a ROLL! Peeps she is here to stay for a long time proves the trailer of her upcoming movie, Looop Lapeta. A remake of the German flick Run Lola Run sees the actress’ character Savi trapped in a time loop, where she is caught situations compelling her to keep running in order to escape from something. Landing her in trouble is her onscreen boyfriend Satya played by actor Tahir Raj Bhasin. Directed by debutante Aakash Bhatia, it is all set to premiere on Netflix.

The trailer opens with the makers introducing the character and giving a sneak peek into their love story. While Tahir is shown falling for her at love at first sight, she now aims to settle down, but life has other plans. He lands in trouble after a goon gives him a huge amount, but he probably loses it all in a casino. This is followed by the goons chasing him, which gets to turn back at Savi asking for help. But not always is she successful in it.

As reported in PTI, the actress said, “This compelling story was extremely enjoyable to make along with my director, Aakash and co-star, Tahir. I cannot wait for fans and audiences to watch this edge-of-the seat film and enjoy it as much as we loved making it.”
Tahir speaking the film said, “The film is a clutter breaking take on new age romance, and a genre I am exploring for the first time. I can’t wait for the world to meet the characters Satya and Savi. Our director has a unique style stamp that has created a visually stunning world where thrill and comedy combine for one crazy roller-coaster of an entertainer,” he said.
