Malaika Arora Opens Up About Her Mental Health; Says, 'I Survived Because Of Yoga'
Ahead of World Mental Health Day, Malaika Arora shared a post on her Instagram, in which she opened up about her struggle with mental health and mentioned that she survived because of yoga. As many already know, she is a yoga freak. The Chaiyya Chaiyya actress also always motivates others to stay fit and healthy. In her post, she also revealed the 'breaking point' she had to face in life and how she handled it.

She wrote, "Tomorrow, the 10th of October is World Mental Health day: Here is a little confession. I thought I was bullet proof until it hit me that I wasn't emotion proof. My mind started to play games with me the rules of which I didn't know. I survived because of yoga. My breaking point came on a day while I was in my first few Yoga classes and my tears didn't stop. I SURVIVED THE STORM WITHIN ME."

She added, "I will never call myself bullet proof because none of us are. I will call myself stable and in the path of continuously wanting to become mentally, physically & emotionally healthy. On the work front, she currently fetaures as a judge in India's Next Top Model with Milind Soman and Anusha Dandekar. She will also seen as a judge on the second season of the popular dance reality show 'India's Best Dancer' alongside choreographer Terence Lewis and Geeta Kapur. On the personal front, she is dating actor Arjun Kapoor.
