Actor Arjun Kapoor recently showed that he would not entertain nasty trolls and that he knows how to give it back. The Gunday actor gave a befitting reply to a troll who body-shamed him on social media. The Instagram user called Arjun a‘ rich guy who can never get in shape’ and said his fitness trainer is only minting money as the actor has no ‘mentality’. As Arjun shut down the troll with his savage reply, he has been getting support from his industry friends. Recently, Arjun’s ladylove Malaika Arora came out in his support.

Taking to her Instagram story, the Chaiyya Chaiyya girl re-posted Arjun’s message for the troll and wrote, “Well said Arjun. And don’t ever let these trolls n criticism dull your shine…More power to you and your journey.” Actress Anushka Sharma too extended her support to the actor. This is not the first time that Arjun got trolled, he often comes under the radar of trolls for one or another reason. Arjun and his ladylove Malaika often get trolled for their huge age difference. Shutting down the troll, the Ishaqzaade actor penned a lengthy note saying that according to people like him, being in shape is just about having cuts on your body. “The shift in mentality, the ability to show up and push hard, to smile through a session, to eat clean, to be disciplined in adversity, to make each session count and improve your actual health and strength and posture, and the ability to push isn’t the point of working out, right?,” he asked the user.

Arjun also explained that fitness isn’t just about having a six-pack, it is about attaining mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
