Mamma Mia! Priyanka Chopra’s Mom Madhu To Make Her Acting Debut!!

A few weeks ago, SpotboyE.com told you about Mohenjo Daro director Ashutosh Gowariker returning to acting with Priyanka Chopra’s debut Marathi production, Ventilator (Ashutosh Gowariker to face camera after 18 years, July 26).
But now, we have heard an even more INTERESTING news: Priyanka’s mother Dr Madhu Chopra will mark her acting debut with the project.
Says a source, “Ventilator is Priyanka’s first Marathi film as a producer. Seeing the popularity Marathi films have enjoyed in the recent past, she wishes to leave no stone unturned to make Ventilator a hit. The opening sequence, which is a couple of minutes long, will have Priyanka playing herself. Madhuji will be seen as her mom.”
PeeCee is very close to her mother and two are seen by each other’s side most of the time. We are sure it will be amazing to see the mother-daughter play themselves on screen.
In a recent interview with SpotboyE.com, the Mary Kom actress had opened up about her plans as a producer. “Chhota sa production house hai mera, but plans big hain. I spent a lot of time recently in my office setting up all the verticals. The team is working and we are in the process of developing content. For now, my Marathi film Ventilator is nearly complete and my Punjabi one is going on floors in Vancuover next week. Slowly, I'll announce more films (Priyanka Chopra: I strive for excellence even while I am cleaning my room, July 7).
