While everyone around the world is celebrating Valentine’s Day, Mandira shared a heartfelt message for her late husband Raj on their 23rd wedding anniversary. Taking to her Instagram handle, the actress shared two wedding pictures with her late husband from their marriage to mark their anniversary. How strong and brave Mandira is, it is evident from the fact that she performed her husband’s last rites herself despite being in immense pain. As soon as she dropped the pictures, fans and her friends took to the comments section and applauded her for being brave.
Mandira’s best friend and newlywed actress Mouni Roy dropped black heart emojis on the post. Mandira Bedi and Raj had known each other for 25 long years and after being in a relationship for four years, the duo tied the knot on 14th February. Last year, Raj left for his heavenly abode on 30th June after a heart attack. The writer-director-filmmaker died at the age of 49. Actor Rohit Roy confirmed the news to Indianexpress.com and said, “Raj passed away this morning, around 4.30 am, he had a heart attack. He was at home, by the time the family could get any medical help, Raj had gone.”
