Manoj Bajpayee And Deepak Dobriyal Screened For Coronavirus: Actors Stranded In Nanital Due To Lockdown

While many celebrities are at home, safe with their families, the nationwide lockdown has affected some actors who were shooting when it was imposed. With the lockdown extended until May 3 now, it has become more difficult for the ones stuck in different cities to come back to their families back home. Amidst the nationwide lockdown, Family Man star Manoj Bajpayee and Deepak Dobriyal are stranded at a resort due to a shoot of a film in Nanital, Uttarakhand and could not make it back home.
According to a report in Hindustan Times, a film production team including Family Man star Manoj Bajpayee and actor Deepak Dobriyal are currently stuck and stranded at a resort in the Ramgarh area in Nainital. The actors along with the production team arrived at Ramgarh in Nainital in the first week of March for the shoot of an untitled film. While Manoj is stranded with his wife Shabana and daughter Ava, Deepak is all by himself. As soon as the health department of Nainital was informed about the production staying at the resort for too long, a medical team screened the actors and other film crew members on Wednesday.
After the screening, actor Manoj Bajpayee lauded the effort of the health officials and said, “Doctors are doing great work by saving the lives of people. We highly appreciate the efforts of the doctors and entire team members who came to check on us amid the lockdown.” The actor further shared how he is visiting Ramgarh for the first time with his wife and daughter and mentioned they love the location. The Family Man actor added that he wakes up to the chirping of birds and goes to different locations with his family in the afternoon. He mentioned he takes a walk and has tea, and shared that as he is fond of writing, he is using his time to write poems and stories.
Meanwhile, the production team along with the actors have been staying at the Woodhouse Resort in Nanital. Manoj Bajpayee and Deepak Dobriyal were shooting for an untitled film directed by Ram Reddy.
