A celebrity getting mobbed by an ocean of fans during their public appearances is not a new thing in Bollywood. While such love and craze is often appreciated and welcomed by our stars, there also come times when situations go beyond control. One such instance took place last night when Varun Dhawan and Nora Fatehi graced Bandra’s Mount Mary Church to offer prayers on the auspicious occasion of Christmas. A couple of videos show Varun Dhawan and Nora Fatehi having a tough time in exiting the location, as they appeared to be surrounded by hundreds of crazy fans. The first clip sees Varun Dhawan escorting Nora to her car; however, the two wear wearing masks to avoid the public attention but in vain. To secure Nora from the mob, Varun Dhawan could be seen holding her hands tightly and he was also requesting the fans to make for the duo. Such craze, much wow! Varun and Nora are currently gearing up for the release of their upcoming film, Street Dancer 3D. Check out the clip below:
Another video shows Varun Dhawan escaping the crazy mob on a photographer’s bike, as he couldn’t get through his car. Well, the actor’s exit, even on the two-wheeler, seemed very adventurous as he was followed by a bunch of fans on his way. Describing the whole incident, a popular photographer wrote, “It has always been more peaceful but today when Varun Dhawan had gone - the crowd was just not able to control their excitement. His bodyguard had never anticipated this and had a tough time managing his boss. Later a photographer had to whisk away Varun on his activa as there was no time for him to safely get in his car,” read an excerpt from his post.
