Meenakshi Sundareshwar Teaser OUT: Sanya Malhotra And Abhimanyu Dassani Look Promising In Karan Johar’s ‘Hatke’ Love Story
The teaser of Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani starrer romantic comedy Meenakshi Sundareshwar is out
Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani have teamed up together for Karan Johar’s upcoming romantic comedy ‘Meenakshi Sundareshwar’. Helmed by Vivek Soni and bankrolled by KJo’s Dharma Productions, the romantic drama revolves around a couple living in a long-distance marriage and the trials and tribulations they face. The teaser of the film has been released by Netflix, and it looks quite promising.
The one-minute and 16-second teaser featured Sanya and Abhimanyu as a newlywed couple who happens to be in a long-distance relationship. The intriguing teaser opened with Sanya Malhotra asking Abhimanyu Dassani why she should consider him for marriage. He said that he is an engineer and doesn’t give up easily – be it engineering or relationships.
The teaser also gave a glimpse of Sanya-Abhimanyu’s hatke love story and showcased how they fall in love despite their difference and their journey as they navigate the long-distance insecurities. Sharing the teaser, the Dangal actress wrote, “Meenakshi Sundareshwar Teaser Welcome to this new chapter of Sundar and Meenakshi’s life and get ready to witness this one-of-a-kind long-distance love story. #MeenakshiSundareshwar is coming to Netflix on November 5.”
‘Meenakshi Sundareshwar’, which is set in the backdrop of Tamil Nadu’s Madura, is slated to release on Netflix on November 5, 2021. The film also marks the digital debut of Abhimanyu Dassani, who entered Bollywood with Vasan Bala's critically-acclaimed 2019 comedy-drama 'Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota.'
