Milind Soman Does An Impressive Push-Up Workout With Wife Ankita Konwar On His Back: Says ‘Work With What You Have’

Owing to the nationwide lockdown, Milind Sonam is doing indoor workouts and advised "work with what you have" but do not skip exercising at home. Having said that, he recently shared a video of himself doing push-ups with Ankita seated on his back and it is impressive AF!

Milind Soman Does An Impressive Push-Up Workout With Wife Ankita Konwar On His Back: Says ‘Work With What You Have’
A global lockdown has been declared due to the lethal Coronavirus outbreak. In fact, even Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi declared a complete lockdown for 21 days and hence, even people are now unable to step out and do their regular routine. Amongst many even Milind Sonam and his wife Ankita Konwar have locked themselves in the house but the lockdown didn’t stop them from working out. Knowing that he is a fitness freak and owing to the nationwide lockdown, Milind is doing indoors workout and advised that "work with what you have" but do not skip exercising at home.

Having said that, for quite some time now, the Bajirao Mastani actor has been sharing a few pictures and video on his Instagram account with what he is doing during this lockdown. On day 8, he recently shared a video of himself doing push-ups with Ankita seated on his back and it is impressive AF! He captioned the video as: “Day 8. Work with what you have! To all the people who said they had no time, now you do, no drug, no vaccine works better than a fully functioning immune system, and this system needs exercise to keep it working well. Try simple, effective exercises like Surya Namaskar to improve overall body function.”

This is not the first time Milind is seen carrying his wife Ankita on back. He has done it earlier and is already a pro at it. Hence, while sharing the video, he also shared a warning note in his caption which read: “Don’t try lifting your wife as your first exercise.” LoL. His caption also mentioned that he started with 5 push-ups but will go up to 12 till 14 April. “Started with 5 and till 14th April will build the number to 12!
