Milind Soman’s wife Ankita Konwar slams trolls asking why does Milind wear the same t-shirt most of the time
Milind Soman and his better half Ankita Konwar are admired for being one of the fittest couples in the entertainment circuit. Besides being fit they are also the ones who follow minimalist lifestyle, which reflects in their day-to-day lifestyle. Hence, Ankita taking to her Instagram account was seen slamming the trolls who asked Milind’s obsession over grey pinkathon t-shirt which he is seen wearing most of the times. While she gave an earful to these trolls, she also explained the importance of minimalism.
Sharing a picture of them where Milind is wearing grey pinkathon t-shirt, while Ankita hugs him, she wrote in her Instagram note, Questions I hear all the time: “Does he not have a different t shirt?” “Omg, I see you guys in the same pair of sandals everywhere!” Hmmm...How does it feel to be with a minimalist? It feels incredible! I adore and respect my husband for being the way he is. In today’s world of fast consumption and fast fashion, someone who understands the concept of utility and wastage. Nothing is more responsible than occupying the smallest place you possibly can.”
Explaining minimalism, she mentioned in her Instagram post Minimalism does not mean one has to give up on everything but rather making thoughtful choices before every purchase one makes. She adds, “Minimalism is not about giving up everything and isolating yourself in a cave. It just means being responsible for your choices. It means we think before we purchase something from a perspective of necessity and utility rather than affordability.” Here is her complete post-
