Actress Minissha Lamba is widely known for her role in films like Bachna Ae Haseeno, Kidnap, Bheja Fry 2, Shoojit Sircar's Yahaan, and Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd. She has been away from Bollywood for the past many years. Minissha in a recent interview talked about her filmy career as well as shared her views on the Meetoo movement. She called filmmaker Sajid Khan a ‘creature’ saying it’s better to talk less about him.

Speaking with Indian Express, Minissha stated that she feels the Me Too movement has played an important role in changing the conversation around the world about women. She mentioned it was just a revolution that was on the brink that was waiting to happen. Lamba was quoted saying, “The Me Too movement is and has been so important in changing the conversation around the world about women. It was just a revolution that was on the brink that was waiting to happen. It just needed that one boiling point, that one catastrophe to change the world and that is what revolutions are all about. Sajid Khan raised many eyebrows due to his participation on the reality show Bigg Boss 16 as many MeToo survivors demanded his removal from the show. The filmmaker has been accused of sexual harassment by several women in Bollywood including Saloni Chopra, Jiah Khan, Mandana Karimi, Aahana Kumra amongst others. He recently got evicted from Bigg Boss after he took a voluntary exit from the house to shoot for his upcoming film ‘100 percent’ which stars Riteish Deshmukh, Shehnaaz Gill, Nora Fatehi, and John Abraham.

Talking about Minissha Lamba, she was last seen in Sanjay Dutt and Aditi Rao Hydari starrer 'Bhoomi' which was released in 2017.
