The actress is glowing and how! Sharing her drop-dead gorgeous selfie, Mira wrote, 'It's the Sohfit Glow @sohf #sohfitofficial #sohfit21daychallenge.' Sophie Choudry dropped fire emojis on the post. One of her followers called her 'cute' and many dropped fire and heart emoticons on the post. Apart from that, she also took to her Instagram stories and shared a mirror selfie. Looking beautiful as always, Mira wrote, 'Did you stretch?'.
Why is 'Sohfit Challenge', you ask? Talking to Business Insider, Sohrab Khushrushahi said, 'We started Sohfit with the idea to make fitness accessible and convenient. People hate the effort of getting up and going to a gym and that's where half the battle is lost. Our idea was to build a community and make fitness fun and different.'
Mira is also a yoga enthusiast. A few days ago, on International Yoga Day, she shared a video of herself doing yoga and wrote, 'You don't need to be a Yogi to do Yoga! Bring your mat and some motivation and let's get flowing.' That's not all! She also conducted a live yoga session. Undeniably, Mira is one of the fittest star wives of Bollywood.
