The star wife recently had a question and answer session on her Instagram, which allowed fans to ask her anything. During the Q&A session, Mira was questioned how she managed to lose off the weight she gained post-pregnancy. Revealing her mantra, Mira answered, “I really worked hard and still am, try to be the best version of yourself and stay happy, workout, eat healthy and have fun.” As we all know, the yummy mummy Mira was back in shape in no time with her fit body and shared about eating healthy, here’s what you should be eating to get back in shape post-pregnancy. The food products such as Finger millet, Almonds, Lentils, Fenugreek, carom, and sesame seeds and Dairy products will be your best friend in your weight loss journey.
Finger Millet is a great source of nutrition and is rich in iron and calcium, which are both very important to moms. They can be helpful as a substitute instead of rice or wheat and their lower calorie content will help you lose weight faster.
Almonds are a healthier alternative as snacks when you’re dying of hunger and don’t want to opt for something unhealthy and fried during pregnancy. They contain vitamin B12, copper, zinc and are rich in fiber which will help in hair loss after pregnancy.

Mira Kapoor has also revealed about her hair damage during pregnancy and mentioned how she had crazy hair fall but understood later that it’s hormonal and settles down on its own.
