Here's a piece of shocking news coming in. Bollywood’s veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay and wife Yogeeta Bali have landed in a legal soup. The mother-son duo has been accused and booked for rape, cheating and forcible abortion at Oshiwara police station in Mumbai. According to the complainant's written complaint to the police, the victim and actor Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshay aka Mihmo were in a relationship since 2015. During this time, Mahakshya allegedly made physical relationship with the victim by pretending to marry the victim. Mihmo married Madalsa Sharma in July, 2018.
According to News18, a part of complainant’s written complaint reads, “In 2015, Mahaakshaya called the victim home and gave her a soft drink, and in the meantime, Mahakshaya made physical relations with the victim without any consents and later kept on pretending to marry. Mahakshaya alias Memo continued to have a physical relationship with the victim for 4 years and tormented her physically, mentally.”
The complainant further revealed in her complaint that she got pregnant during their relationship tenure. But after learning about the pregnancy, Mahaakshaya pressurized her to abort the child and when she opposed that he gave her some pills and got her aborted. According to the victim, she did not know that the pills she was given could lead to abortion. The victim says that 'Mahaakshay's mother and actor Mithun Chakraborty's wife threatened the victim after the victim's complaint and also pressurized her to defend the case.’
According to the same report, the victim has earlier tried to register an, but then the police did not register the case. During this time, the victim shifted to Delhi where she appealed to the Rohini Court to register an FIR. Based on prima facie evidences, the court ordered to register an FIR in the case and investigate. Now now following the same the case was registered at Oshiwara Police Station in Mumbai on Thursday.
