Now, Payal’s husband Dicky Sinha has claimed that he consulted several doctors from various hospitals, and the allegations are untrue
Veteran actor Moushumi Chatterjee’s daughter Payal passed away on December 13. Payal had been suffering from juvenile diabetes and had been undergoing treatment for a long time. She was also in a coma since last year and during her illness, Moushumi filed a case against Payal’s in-laws, including husband Dicky Sinha, for neglecting her health and not paying her medical bills. Now, Dicky Sinha is set to file a defamation case against the Piku actress, and says that he won’t let such a huge allegation go unaddressed.
Dicky Sinha claims that he took care of his wife Payal and the allegations of him neglecting Payal’s heath are false. He also said that he has certified prescriptions of 16 various doctors- from pulmonologist to nephrologist, gastroenterologist, neurologist and several other specialists. He said that they would come mostly from Hinduja hospital and not just that, he has taken several opinions from doctors of four different hospitals. He even said that he has everything on record, and since he had trained nurses who looked after Payal, he has on record the medicines that were delivered and all the medical procedures. Dicky Sinha shared that he plans on filing the defamation suit against Moushumi Chatterjee once all the rituals of Payal’s death have been completed. He will be going to Triveni to submerge Payal’s ashes and after that is done, he will go ahead and file a defamation case against Moushumi Chatterjee.
