Well, recently the former captain Dhoni was seen wearing wicket-keeping gloves that displayed the 'Balidaan Badge', following the International Cricket Council's (ICC) requested the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to get it removed. However, this didn't go down well with the supporters of Dhoni and called the ICC decision as ‘shocking’ and hoped that the BCCI takes a stand for the country.

While ICC raise an objection, on the hand, the cricketer Sreesanth the Bollywood actors including Paresh Rawal, Riteish Deshmukh and Rahul Dev come out in open to support Dhoni is full swing.

The Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh writes on his Twitter handle, saying, "Indian Army has always been independent irrespective of the political party in power. We are proud of them. Lt. While Paresh Rawal said, "Dhoni Insignia Row. To put it simply and mildly, BCCI should tell ICC to go to hell."

The World Cup?Really now!  BTW The 'Balidaan Badge' doesn't disrespect anyone. #DhoniKeepTheGlove #AUSvWI #CWC19"

Those who are unaware of what the badge stands for, the regimental dagger - Army Insignia or 'Balidaan' badge- of the Indian Para Special Forces on his wicket-keeping gloves is a badge or patch can be worn by personnel who served in the Para Special Forces, and Dhoni had undergone a two-week initial training with the para regiment.
