Remembering the unfortunate 26/11 terror attack that took place 12 years ago, in Mumbai, like many Bollywood celebrities, Priyanka Chopra Jonas also made a post on her social media handle paying tribute to the victims
The 2008 terror attacks that took place in Mumbai, on November 26 has been etched in the memories of the Mumbaikars. The horrific visuals of the dreadful night of 26/11 are unforgettable, even after 12 years. The lives of many innocent people and martyrs were lost to a group of terrorist that attacked the city. Remembering the unfortunate terror attack, many Bollywood celebrities paid their tributes. Now, actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas also made a post on her social media handle.
On Twitter, Priyanka Chopra tweeted, “#neverforget,” with a folded hands emoticon. She reacted to a post made by businessman Ratan Tata. The businessman’s tweet featured a picture of the luxury Taj Hotel, in Mumbai, which was one of the popular spots in the city, that was attacked by the terrorists. The picture of the Taj was captioned, “we remember,” in italics. Reacting to the post, PeeCee expressed herself and said she has never forgotten. The actress made the tweet paying tribute to the victims of the attack. In the post made by Tata, the business shared how the destruction caused will never be forgotten. He mourned the loss of innocent people and martyrs. And, shared how one cannot forget how people came together to fight against terrorism and destruction on that day.
