Nicknamed as Dhing express, Indian Sprint runner Hima Das from Assam has been showered with praises and congratulatory messages from across the world. The 19-year-old sports personality has won the fifth gold medal within a month's period. She won a gold on July 20 in Czech Republic where she nailed it with the best time of 52.09 seconds, resulting in her winning the 400m at Nove Mesto nad Metuji Grand Prix.
 


Hima was congratulated by PM Narendra Modi last evening, post which tons of messages and tweets poured in. On being congratulated by the honorable PM, she assured to work hard and continue to bring more medals for the nation. Many politicians, Bollywood celebs and prominent personalities of the society congratulated her for her awesome win. Not just that, Hima also replied to all the messages on social media. Just to take you down the memory lane, she won her first 200m race on July 2 by clocking 23.65 seconds and bagged gold at the Poznan Athletics Grand Prix in Poland. Then she bagged her second gold for Kutno Athletics Meet on July 8, followed by third one on July 13 with her win at Kladno Athletics Meet with a 23.43 seconds and the fourth one on July 17 that she bagged at Tabor Athletics Meet.
