Legendary actor Rishi Kapoor passed away on April 30, 2020, after a long battle with cancer. On his second death anniversary, Neetu had shared a video from the reality show 'Dance Deewane Juniors' where she talked about her late husband. She captioned it, "Today is two years since rishi ji left us... losing a partner of 45 years was difficult n painful at that time the only way to heal my heart was to keep myself mentally occupied... Movie n television helped me achieve that... rishiji will always be remembered n will stay in everyone's heart forever #dancedeewanejuniors @colorstv."
And now, she opened up about her late husband and said that her son, actor Ranbir Kapoor misses him a lot.
Speaking to News18, Neetu said, "Ranbir misses him a lot. His mobile screensaver still has Rishi's photo. There are days when I see tears in his eyes but he stays strong." The veteran actress further added that she wants to celebrate his life with her kids. She revealed that the family often gets together and remembers their days with the late actor.
She added, "Rishi will be in our hearts for forever. Rishi had a larger than life persona and he is not the kind of person who can be forgotten. Every day I meet someone who has some story or an incident about him. I feel somehow, somewhere, he is still connected to me."
Neetu, who is super active on social media, keeps remembering Rishi Kapoor by sharing his pictures and videos on Instagram.
