Neil Nitin Mukesh Reveals Ganpati Celebration Will Be Low-Key Due To COVID-19 Pandemic; Adds His Daughter 'Nurvi Is Making Modaks'
One of the Bollywood actors who welcome Lord Ganesh home every year is Neil Nitin Mukesh. The actor and his family celebrate the festival every year and the actor gives a glimpse of the same on social media. Given the current situation, this year, they have decided to keep the celebrations low-key. Talking to Pinkvilla, Neil revealed that they are going to follow all the necessary protocols and are only going to request very close family members to come to their house.

Adding to that, he also revealed that they have already begun the decorations. This year, they are keeping the decor simple but elegant and classy. He also revealed that his daughter is making modaks with his mom.

"Nurvi (his daughter) is making small modaks with my mom, and they are inseparable. In fact, she does puja with my mom twice a day, and does riyaz with my father on a daily basis. They sit on my grandfather’s harmonium, and have a full half an hour session. She is loving the attention from her grandparents. Also, we have been lucky that my sister has flown down this year, so she is also here with us, and we are all really excited,” revealed Neil. The actor also shared that his father is a big Ganesh ji bhakt and that he always wanted to celebrate the festival. Recently, taking to Instagram, Neil shared a picture of himself as he welcomed Lord Ganesha. Sharing the picture, he wrote, "GANPATI BAPPA MORAYA !! He comes home. How eagerly we wait for this day every year. Papa becomes like a child in the house, waiting for his favourite Bappa to come home. The family starts preparing for months in advance to celebrate His arrival at the Mukesh residence. #ganpati2021 #nnmganpati."
