Twinkle Khanna has once again come under social media scanner for her latest tweet. Known to voice her opinion and not having any ‘filters’ on her feelings, Mrs. Funny Bones often makes headlines for her comments on various issues. The actress-turned-author is currently in trouble as she's being trolled for taking a jibe at Hindu spiritual guru Sadhguru’s tweet, where he had congratulated Indian athlete Hima Das for winning gold.

Congratulating Hima, Sadhguru had tweeted, "Hima Das, a Golden shower for India. Congratulations and Blessings.-Sg @HimaDas8 #HimaDas." Soon afterward, re-tweeting Sadhguru's post, Twinkle Khanna sarcastically wrote, “And here I thought we were all only into Gomutra :) #HimaDasIsTheGoldStandard.”

Within no time, Mrs. Funny Bones received backlash for her dig at Sadhguru, so much so, that she had to ultimately delete her tweet. A user wrote, “@mrsfunnybones what's yr achievement in entire life other than gain everything from nepotism. U r flop actress, dumb with brain. When ppl get you then play women card. I wish you get some help from doctor before its too late.....Get well soon,” while another said, “How are people like @mrsfunnybones able to make Hinduphobic jokes about gaumutra without being called out? Does she not know that this is used as anti-Hindu hate speech? Extremely ignorant, offensive behaviour.”


Another Twitterati tagged Akshay Kumar and said, “@akshaykumar Sir How much unwanted attention your wife wants ?any limit  for her Sadhguru remarks she has no respect for him also ?first leave arrow then delete Same practice,she left movies career as it was super flop but Twitter also flop ,writing also no impressive? Shame on this she is not funny bones she is very cunning bones actually @mrsfunnybones”
