The phase of bad news doesn’t seem to stop in 2020. After Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Wajid Khan, Saroj Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput and other actors, filmmaker Nishikant Kamat passed away this morning. Kamat was admitted to ICU of AIG Hospitals in Hyderabad for cirrhosis of liver and suffered a relapse, The news was confirmed by director Mukesh Chhabra. Soon after the news was confirmed by filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra, the film fraternity took to social media to pay their condolences to the Kamat family.
