Sushant Singh Rajput had a hearty laugh when he read in a leading newspaper’s entertainment section that he had walked out of Paani citing issues with the constant delays in the films shoot. About a year ago, the actor had allotted close to 200 days for Shekhar Kapurs dream project, but the newspaper claimed that the actor had to pay a heavy price for this as he has lost out on plum projects recently and is regretting taking up Paani.
The actor has issued a denial following the report. His spokesperson said, “We were very amused to read speculations that Sushant Singh Rajput is not doing Paani due to a variety of absurd reasons. There is absolutely NO truth to it. Sushant keeps a low profile and lets his work speak for itself. He has recently completed Detective Byomkesh Bakshi and is deep in preparations for Paani given the scale of the film. Well shortly make some exciting announcements on his new projects.”
