Nobody Criticised Me For Hero, Says Athiya Shetty

While the much-hyped Salman Khan vehicle Hero to launch his friends' kids (Sooraj Pancholi, Athiya Shetty) tanked without a whimper, Athiya Shetty says she's unperturbed.
Nearly all reviewers panned her performance but it seems she heard quite the opposite! At least that's how she started our conversation, perhaps thinking that we will buy whatever she says.
When we met her on Wednesday evening at a fashion event, she said, "I haven't heard any criticism about my acting. But if you say that was the case, then maybe I will work harder next time."
As you say, ma'am. So what kind of feedback did you actually receive? "I am extremely happy with the feedback that I have received. You can't be out there pleasing everyone," she quipped.
And then, suddenly she got philosophical. "Acting is a journey and I will learn on the job as I go along. Hero was my first film and I have a lot to learn." Hmmm... yeh pehle hi bol diya hota, toh kya hota Athiya?
