Oh WHAT! Shraddha Kapoor Getting Married To BF Rohan Shrestha? Aunt Padmini Kolhapure Drops A Major HINT
Padmini Kolhapure seems to have hinted at the possibility of her niece Shraddha Kapoor getting married to boyfriend Rohan Shrestha soon
Actress Shraddha Kapoor is rumoured to have been dating ace photographer Rohan Shrestha for quite some time now. Although the actress has been tight-lipped about her relationship with the photographer, she is often spotted spending time with Rohan. Earlier this year, multiple media reports claimed that Shraddha and Rohan will be getting married soon. Now, Shraddha’s aunt and veteran actress Padmini Kolhapure seems to have given a big hint about her niece’s wedding.
Padmini Kolhapure recently launched a recreated version of her own popular song ‘Yeh Galiyan Yeh Chaubara’, which is sung by her. The Baaghi actress shared the track on Instagram while rooting for the senior star. Kolhapure was quick to take note of it and commented on her post, “Going to sing on your and Vedika's wedding day.”
In a recent interview with Bollywoodlife, Padmini opened up about her comment on Shraddha’s post and asserted that Shraddha and Vedika are like her daughters, not nieces. She added she always has desired to sing this song on her daughter's special day, at their weddings. She was quoted saying, “This song has been close to my heart since the day I shot it, and I always desired to sing this song on my daughter's special day. For me, Shraddha and Vedika are like my daughters, not my nieces. I wanted to sing this song at my son's (Priyaank) wedding but since the song wasn't out I couldn’t sing it. I wanted to recreate this video which is close to my heart by showcasing the love between a mother-daughter bond.”
Earlier in an interview with ETimes, Shakti Kapoor had reacted to reports of Shraddha and Rohan's wedding. He had said that Rohan Shrestha is a family friend and that he has not asked for Shraddha’s hand in marriage yet. The veteran actor asserted, “I have known his father for many, many years. Rohan visits us often, but he has not asked for Shraddha’s hand in marriage. And besides, today children decide these things on their own. If Shraddha tells me that she has chosen a life partner for herself or even if Siddhant does, I will readily agree. Shakti Kapoor also mentioned that at this point, both want to focus on their careers.
