Bollywood’s Greek God Hrithik Roshan has made a name for himself in the Hindi entertainment industry through his versatile performances, effortless dancing moves, and physical transformations. Currently enjoying the success of his recent release, Siddharth Anand directorial Fighter, he has been opening up about his experience of working on the film and sharing updates on his upcoming projects. Despite having claimed that he was a non-smoker, years ago, he recently revealed that he smoked cigarettes after giving perfect body shots during the film’s shoot.

Hrithik, who essays the role of Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania aka Patty, opened up about the same during a recent interview. Talking about it, he told Film Companion that he had no clue how to celebrate after giving perfect body shots for Fighter. Recalling that he was extremely happy and relieved, he expressed that nothing was filling him up. Quoted by the Free Press Journal, he added, “I had gajar ka halwa, ice cream; I had not planned for the reward; I had only planned to be in this Fighter flight mode and get this done. However, things took a turn as he continued smoking and his resting heart rate went from 45 to 75. Calling the entire experience a disaster, the 50-year-old actor explained how people always plan, schedule, and brainstorm however no one knows what to do after the victory. For the unversed, a few years ago, a netizen shared a photo of Hrithik standing with his sons Hrehaan and Hridhaan. In the photo the WAR actor could be seen standing in the balcony with a cigarette in his hands. When questioned about the same, he took to his official X handle and wrote, “I am a non smoker . :) and if I was Krrish , first thing I’d do after eradicating this virus would be to decimate every last cigarette from this planet.” It is to be noted that the tweet claiming he is a ‘no-smoker’ has resurfaced after he confessed to smoking to celebrate Fighter. 


On the work front, Hrithik Roshan will be next seen in WAR 2 and Krrish 5. Fans are eagerly waiting for the makers of the films to share an official update about the movies.
