Pak Censor Board Chief Gets Death Threats For Clearing Bajrangi Bhaijaan

Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan has received an overwhelming response at the Indian box-office ( Salman beats Aamir, July 20).
As luck would have it, the film has generated hysteria in Pakistan too, but of a different sort.
The Kabir Khan-directed film was released in Pakistan with a few cuts. The Chairman of Pakistani Censor Board, Fakhr-e-Alam even took to Twitter to praise the movie.
And that's where all the trouble began.
A certain section of Pakistani audience is of the opinion that the Salman-starrer promotes anti-Pak sentiments. They even went to the extent of terming any Pakistani, who watched the movie, as a 'traitor'. Not just that, they threatened to burn down the cinema halls that were screening the movie.
However, the Pakistani Censor Board Chief stood his ground. He challenged people who had watched the movie to tell him if there was anything anti-Pakistan in the film.
Unfortunately, the Censor Board Chief even received death threats.
