SpotboyE.com was out there for a special preview of the trailer coming up soon. It was all happening at The Indus Club in BKC from 11.30 am onward. The ambiance was fab, ditto for the reception by the maker Ashutosh Gowariker and his wife Sunita. Reliance Entertainment (who is backing the film) officials were also there to intermingle with the selected media that had been called.
Sanjay Dutt (looking dashing), Arjun Kapoor (in a nice greenish-lemon jacket) and Kriti Sanon (the fashionista looking gorgeous) walked in a little after noon. Soon, the media was led into the 32-seater mini-theatre for a special preview of the trailer (not yet launched in public domain).
The trailer is impressive. Arjun Kapoor has a champion's role and Dutt (playing antagonist) looks set to return to form with this one. Kriti Sanon plays the perfect foil to Arjun.
The title itself tells you what the movie is about. Ashutosh Gowariker who is drunk with history is at the helm, mind you he is a Science graduate from Mithibai. His younger son Vishwang has assisted him. The background score, in particular (Ajay-Atul) caught the attention.
Get set for Panipat in theatres on December 6.
