Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and political leader Raghav Chadha have been making the headlines for their alleged love affair for quite some time now. After being spotted together on a lunch date, speculations surrounding their roka, engagement and wedding have been doing the rounds on the internet. Well, days after Pari flaunted a silver band on her ring finger, it is now being reported that the couple has been ‘rokafied’.
A recent report by Koimoi states that the couple has taken a step to solidify their relationship by hosting an intimate roka ceremony for their family members. It is further stated that they have also blocked their wedding dates. Considering their prior commitments and jam-packed schedules, they will be reportedly getting hitched in October. While the happy couple is yet to officially confirm the update, it has left fans very excited. The entertainment publication quoted a source close to the couple say, “The duo is likely to get married by October-end of this year. Parineeti and Raghav are in no rush and they both have work commitments that they need to take care of before getting into the wedding festivities.” The report also states that global sensation Priyanka Chopra will be returning to India in the same time period to attend the Jio MAMI Film Festival. Her arrival for the film festival will likely coincide with her cousin’s upcoming nuptials. Talking about her rumoured relationship with the political leader, the rumours about their nuptials started doing the rounds on social media after they were spotted leaving a posh restaurant in Mumbai after a lunch date. It is being reported that Pari and Raghav studied together at the School Of Economics in London. They will soon be announcing their roka ceremony, which will be a small and intimate ceremony.
On the work front, Parineeti Chopra was last seen on the big-screen with Sooraj Barjatya’s movie Uunchai. She has Imtiaz Ali’s Chamkila, Capsule Gill co-starring Akshay Kumar in her pipeline.
