Parineeti Chopra To Begin Shooting For Nehwal Biopic On October 11; Her Resemblance With Saina Nehwal Will Leave You Speechless
After Shraddha Kapoor’s exit from Nehwal biopic, Parineeti Chopra came on board. Now, the production house has made the announcement that the shooting of the same will begin from October 11
Since biopics are in trend, a film based on the life of ace badminton player Saina Nehwal is in the making. It was supposed to have Shraddha Kapoor in the lead but post here exit, Parineeti Chopra came on board. Now, the latest update states that Parineeti will begin work on this biopic from October 11. Her first look of the film has also been shared and the resemblance between Saina and Parineeti will leave you speechless. T-series has made the announcement on social media.
In the image, we can see Parineeti Chopra holding a shuttle all ready to serve. She is in her tracksuit and has her focus set. For the past few months, Parineeti has been working hard and trying to get her moves right and looks like the efforts have paid off.
Saina Nehwal too took to her Instagram to share the first look of her biopic and wrote, “Looking forward to this journey together! My best wishes to the team #SainaNehwalBiopic.” Check out the picture below:
The Saina Nehwal biopic is being directed by Amole Gupte and in his recent interview with Mumbai Mirror, she spoke about the first scene of this film. He shared, “n the first scene, Parineeti as Saina will be answering questions from the fraternity, including journalists, students and sports management people.” As per reports, the film will probably make it to the theatres in summer 2020. Bring it on.
Apart from Saina Nehwal biopic, Parineeti Chopra has The Girl On The Train in her kitty. Her film Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar with Arjun Kapoor is also lined up for release.
