Payal Ghosh Tests Negative For COVID-19; Actress Took The Test After Union Minister Ramdas Athawale Tested Positive

Payal Ghosh’s COVID-19 result is out and the actress has, fortunately, tested negative. Payal who accused Anurag Kashyap of #MeToo had undergone test after Union Minister Ramdas Athawale tested positive whom she had met a few days ago.

Bengali actress Payal Ghosh recently joined Republican Party of India party while seeking support from Union Minister Ramdas Athawale in her #MeToo case against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. Payal accused Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct and had alleged that the filmmaker had once tried to force himself upon her. Away from this case, in the shocking turn of events, UM Ramdas Athawale tested positive for Coronavirus following which Payal had isolated herself while awaiting COVID 19 results.

Payal’s COVID result is out and the actress has, fortunately, tested negative. Payal took to Twitter to share the good news with her fans. Payal tweeted, “Been seeing all your messages! Thank you, everyone, for all your love. I would like to share the news with you that my Covid tests are done and it's been negative! So everyone stay safe & take care of yourself and do follow the Covid guidelines given by the govt! #COVID19”

After undergoing COVID test, Payal had Tweeted, “Thank you, everyone, for your messages! Yes, I would like to tell this that I have too isolated myself, till I get my Covid tests done.”


In the recent development, SpotboyE exclusively told you Kashyap is gearing up for a legal battle against Payal Ghosh who accused him of sexual misconduct. A source close to the filmmaker revealed to us, “When Anurag is very still it can only mean he’s dedicated to the task on hand.
