Prabhas – A Megastar; From Mythologies, Action Entertainers, Rom-Coms To Science Fiction The Actor Representing Versatility Like True Pan Indian Star!

When one reaches a megastar status in the Indian film industry, it’s very easy to get typecast in a particular role, especially the kind that fans expect. But leave it to Prabhas to break that mold! The Pan Indian star who became a household name with his larger-than-life avatar in Bahubali went the extra mile and selected versatile roles that showcase the full spectrum of his talent as a performer.

Prabhas summons divinity with his role as Lord Ram in the mythological magnum opus, Adipurush, the film which also stars Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh is one of the most expensive films to be made in India. Later the actor steps into the shoes of a hopeless romantic in the bilingual Radhe Shyam, opposite actress Pooja Hedge, and is set in 1970’s Europe.

Known to completely own the screen every time he steps onto it, Prabhas next takes on the high octane action thriller Salaar that was tailor-made for the actor and written especially for him, followed by Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi film with Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone that will push the boundaries of the audiences’ imagination.

While most leading stars are easily stereotyped in particular roles that their fans most love them in, Prabhas is taking the leap and experimenting not just with his roles but even the genres of films he’s working on.

From mythologies, action entertainers, rom-com to science fiction, the megastar is not shying away and testing new waters with every passing year which isn’t just the mark of a fearless, brave actor but also one who doesn’t take his stardom for granted.
