At home during the lockdown, Kareena enjoyed her time in her comfy outfit and constantly shared pictures with fans dressed in Kaftans. It was on hubby Saif Ali Khan’s birthday that Bebo was seen dressed in a pink silk Kaftan, flaunting her baby bump. In an interview with Bombay Times, the Takht actress mentioned how she is loving wearing Kaftans at home. Talking about wearing Kaftans, Kareena Kapoor Khan said, “I love wearing my kaftans at home and I am sure I will walk the red carpet one day in a beautiful kaftan from one of our home-grown designers.” The actress mentioned that apart from loving to wear her Kaftans at home, she is pretty sure that she will walk the red carpet one day in a beautiful Kaftan, which will be designed from one of our home-grown designers.
Talking about Kaftans, Kareena continued, “There are so many beautiful ones made here in cotton, linen and silk. You can wear a kaftan, put on a great pair of heels and look amazing.” While Bebo shared how beautiful Kaftans are made in cotton, linen and silk, she also shared a styling tip. Moving further, Kareena added, “At this point, we have all become so used to it that I think it’s a good idea to make kaftans and pyjamas trendy now.” The Begum of Bollywood, Kareena who completed two decades in the industry this year finally mentioned that she thinks making Kaftans and Pyjamas a trend now would be great.
