The report stated that Scotland becomes the first country globally, to make menstrual products, including tampons and pads available for free, for women in their country. Speaking of the decision made by Scotland, according to the report, the access to menstrual products like tampons and pads was made free, after the Period Products bill was passed by the Scottish parliament, on Tuesday.
