A well-known actor, producer, author, Miss World, and the list go on. Even after being a renowned face, Priyanka recently was mistaken for someone else by Comedian Rose O'Donnell. The comedian mistook the actress for author Deepak Chopra's daughter. Now, O'Donnell has issued an apology to PeeCee.
Comedian Rose shared a video on her Instagram account and expressed how embarrassed she felt when she mistakenly addressed Priyanka Chopra as the daughter of Indian-origin American author Deepak Chopra’s daughter. She met the Baywatch actress and her husband Nick Jonas in California. "When rose told Priyanka that she knows her dad, Priyanka questioned her, do you? Who’s my dad? I am like Deepak, to which she said No, and she said Chopra is the common name.” Comedian further asked her Insta fam if is she the only one who thought Nick Jonas is married to Deepak Chopra’s daughter? Concluding her video, the Comedian said she apologized to the couple.
Many of Rose O’ Donnell’s fans shared that they too made the same assumption about Priyanka. One commented ‘That’s ok, Lol, I’m sure you are not the first one to ask her that, while another posted, “Nope I never thought her dad was Deepak.”
Recently Priyanka and Nick Jonas shared the news that they have welcomed their first child via surrogacy. Posting the good news on her Instagram handle, Desi girl posted, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much.”
