Bollywood’s desi girl Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently visited India with her husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti. She attended the star-studded launch of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai and even went on an auto-rickshaw date with Nick. PeeCee also posted their pictures, posing in front of an auto. Now, the actress has revealed the idea about their viral auto date and mentioned it was Nick’s idea.
Speaking with Indiatvnews, the Baywatch actress mentioned since the American singer was bored of usual things, he wanted to add some fun element to their pictures and thus he suggested posing with auto. Priyanka added that when she and Nick were on to way to NMACC, they stopped near an auto and asked the driver if they can click pictures. In the same interview, the 40-year-old actress sang praises for Nick saying he is a feminist and her biggest cheerleader. Priyanka went on to share that just like her father, Nick too has invested in her career and wants to see her rise.
“Nick is as invested in my career as I am and he is proud that I am achieving so much coming from a different country and world,” she was quoted saying. Meanwhile, Priyanka was in India to promote her upcoming series 'Citadel' which also stars Richard Madden. The first two episodes will release on Amazon Prime Video on April 28, 2023. The show, created by Russo Brothers, marks her OTT debut. Apart from this, she also has Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming road trip drama ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in the pipeline.
