Chopra and Nick Jonas, who tied the knot in a 3-day-long wedding celebrations
in Jodhpur are back to work. The celebrity couple tied the knot following
Christian and Hindu rituals on December 1 and 2 respectively. While Nick Jonas
flew back to US and has started his routine work, our desi girl Priyanka Chopra
too gave a scintillating dance performance, last night, at Aditya Birla
Awards.
That's right! Last night, PeeCee gave a stellar performance at Aditya Birla Awards as she grooved to some of her songs like Gallan Goodiyan from Dil Dhadakne Do, Desi Girl from Dostana, Ram Chahe Leela from Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela, Pinga from Bajirao Mastani among others. The couple
may be working at the moment but they will soon unite. Reportedly, Priyanka and
Nick will soon jet off to Switzerland for their much-awaited honeymoon. A
source close to the couple told Mid-day, "PeeCee and Nick will take off
for Switzerland by December 28. Their week-long vacation will include a
stopover at Montreux; the two plan to ring in the New Year in the resort town
on Lake Geneva. PeeCee wanted to finish her pending assignments before she took
off for the honeymoon. She shot for Koffee With Karan on Wednesday, before
heading to Isha Ambani's wedding. Come December 17, she will begin shooting for
the new schedule of The Sky Is Pink, while simultaneously supervising the
pre-production of her Bengali film, Nalini.”
Meanwhile, a
few days back, Jonas spoke to Spotify's The Rewind With Guy Raz, where he
opened up about having kids in the future. He said "I definitely want to
be a father someday. I think that's a real dream, and I think I have had to
grow up pretty quick. With that, you could look at it two ways. You could say
that was unfair, or you could say it has given me some real perspective at an
early age."
