Believe it or not, the meat ban has an upside to it - it has brought the actresses of Bollywood together (and Lord knows, that's no mean feat!)
Remember we told you how Sonam Kapoor got trolled for labelling the meat ban as a misogynistic move (Sonam Kapoor calls meat ban ‘misogynistic, September 8)?
Well, Sonakshi Sinha too opposed the meat ban - only with a better choice of words.
Now, you know Twitter and its annoying trolls. No sooner did Sonakshi put this up than she was trolled because she had urged people to protect animals in one of her tweets, not too long ago.
Not one to be bogged down, Sonakshi bounced back with a fiery reply.
Sonam, who had been at the receiving end, was quick to applaud Sona darlin' for her gumption. She tweeted:
Next thing you know, another firebrand actress - Priyanka Chopra took to Twitter to support Sonakshi.
