Producer Suneel Darshan in a recent interview has opened up about his alleged fallout with actor Sunny Deol with whom he had worked in films like 'Ajay', 'Looeter', and 'Inteqam'. Suneel accused Sunny of cheating him by not doing his film for which he took the high amount. The producer alleged that the Gadar actor promised to do a film with him and for that, he also took the money but later Sunny refused to do the movie.
Speaking with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Suneel Darshan mentioned that he had to release the movie without a proper ending as Sunny had gone to London and did not come back on time. Suneel went on to narrate that when the Singh Saab the Great actor came back to India he thought he returned to start working on their film but the actor refused it saying that the ‘subject’ needed more work. Thereupon, Darshan felt, ‘the intentions were suspicious.”
Reportedly, the film was ‘Jaanwar’ and Akshay Kumar replaced Sunny and the movie proved to be a game changer for Khiladi Kumar’s career. Meanwhile, Sunny Deol will next be seen in the upcoming film titled ‘Chup: Revenge of the Artist’ directed by R Balki. It is slated to hit the theatres on September 23. He also has Anil Sharma's Gadar 2 with Ameesha Patel in the pipeline.
