Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai To NOT Have Direct-To-Web Release; Salman Khan Starrer To Have Theatrical Release Only
It’s Confirmed: Salman Khan’s Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai will not have an OTT release. The film will release in theatres on Eid 2021
After the hiatus of 3-4 months, Salman Khan returned to sets to resume the shoot of Prabhudheva's directorial Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The film that also stars Jackie Shroff, Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, Gautam Gulati, was earlier scheduled to release on Eid this year, but due to the pandemic, its release was pushed to further notice. For quite some time, reports of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai having an OTT release have been doing the rounds of social media, but they seem to be untrue.
The makers of Salman Khan’s Radhe have clearly rubbished the rumours and said they are gearing up for a theatrical release. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to social media to deny the rumours and confirm that Radhe will release on Eid 2021 in theatres. Taran Adarsh Tweeted, “RADHE #OTT RUMOURS BASELESS... There was speculation in the *exhibition sector* that #Radhe - starring #SalmanKhan - will skip theatrical release... Will stream on #OTT directly... FALSE... The producers are clear, #Radhe will release in *cinemas*, eyes #Eid2021 release.”
Ever since the new announcement was made, fans can’t seem to contain their excitement. A user wrote, “#Radhe is probably d only film which is made as per fans' wish. from Title, casting to Songs, everything has gone as per their wish..,” while another said, “#Radhe coming in theatres is nothing less than a blessing for Salmaniacs, we all are actually waiting to celebrate Salmania in theatres, glad team SKF cleared all baseless rumours.
